This policy explains what lumenmachina.com collects when you visit and how we use it.

Visits are recorded

We record visits to this site, starting when the page loads. A recording captures what you see and do on the page, such as mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and page changes, so we can play the visit back later. Anything typed into a form field is masked in the recording.

What we collect

• The pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll
• What you click, including the text of links and buttons
• Whether you start, submit or abandon a form, and the name of the last field you used, but not what you typed
• Your IP address and the approximate location and network provider it indicates
• Your screen size, browser language, and the page or campaign link that brought you here
• Page errors and page speed measurements

How we recognize returning visitors

We store a random ID in your browser's local storage to connect your visits and sessions. If you follow a link here from a website we built, that site's random IDs come with you, so we can connect your visit there to your visit here.

How we use it

We use this information to understand who visits, what they read and where they stop, and to improve our websites.

Where it's kept

Our own analytics system, Lumen Dash, stores this information on Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. We keep visit data and recordings until we delete them.
